The Nevada Legislators make law regarding minimum liability limits not insurance companies as this articles author and the Nevada Insurance Commissioner insinuates with statements made in this article. This article also does not make it clear that 50% chance of drivers have minimum or no coverage at all to pay for injuring others. This does not include the ones who already only had $25,000 to $100,000 per individual that is still minimal coverage when comes to actual injury cost amounts. It could be as high as 9 out of 10 drivers you meet on the road going home today have little or no coverage!
