Fraudsters hatched an elaborate scheme to take a sizable payout following a relative’s demise

I would have to think that the insurance agent who set these idiots' relative up with that big of a policy HAD to have known something about this sale and the circumtances surrounding the Medical Exam and would have seen a copy of the exam paperwork to turn into the West Coast Life underwriting department. This big of a Life Insurance policy would HAD to have involved much more scrutiny than sat a $50k policy... Someone at that agency knows something about this because he/she would have made a nice sized commission on it.
