    That's a ridiculous suit. No laws were broken. It's not uncommon for groups such as AAA, AAARP etc etc that's just beginning with the first letter of the alphabet. Groups market policies provided by third party insurers. This is a gross abuse of authority by the DFS. There is zero chance that this will not be appealed and won. At the very least they should countersue NYS for lost revenue and defamation. The political bias is disgusting in the way they now seem to think they can step on whomever they choose. By using power of the State to penalize those conducting business or associated with groups who don't fit their narrow ideological positions. I sincerely hope felonies are handed down in public indictments.
