Topa Insurance Company has announced the appointment of Geoffrey Griffard as its director of financial planning and analysis.
In his new role, Griffard will analyze the company’s financial results, including profitability of current and future lines of business and programs. He will also help to evaluate new business opportunities and work with the company’s executive management to analyze optimum capital allocation and return.
Griffard brings more than a decade of experience in financial planning and analysis to the role, including a stint as manager of financial planning and analysis at Mercury Insurance. Most recently, Griffard served as a compensation analyst at Emser Tile and Natural Stone.
Griffard’s background includes extensive experience in claims and reserving analysis, ERP.SaaS implementation, budgeting and forecasting, and process improvement.
