Marsh has announced the appointment of Ethan Crain as healthcare practice leader for its Northeast Zone. Crain will be based in Boston and will report to Chris Roak, Northeast Zone leader.

In his newly created role, Crain will be responsible for delivering transactional and risk advisory services to Marsh healthcare clients across 10 states in the Northeast. He has 25 years of healthcare brokerage experience, with particular expertise in medical professional liability, alternative risk financing and reinsurance program design. Prior to joining Marsh, Crain served as managing principal and Boston operations leader for EPIC.
