High Street Insurance Partners (HSIP) has announced that it has acquired Paladin Insurance Agency and Richardi-Demola Insurance Agency (RD), both headquartered in New Jersey. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Both Paladin and RD specialize in business and personal insurance products. Tom Geraghty, agency president, will continue to run both firms. Geraghty will report to Scott Goodreau, managing partner and chief operations officer at HSIP.

The acquisition expands HSIP’s presence into New Jersey and bolsters its footprint in the Northeast.

Founded in 2018, HSIP is a full-service independent insurance brokerage that provides insurance and risk management, employee benefits and human capital management, financial and retirement services, and personal insurance services. Last month, HSIP was acquired by Abry Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm.
