The Hilb Group has announced that it has acquired the Mark E. Malvaso Agency. The acquisition bolsters the company’s presence in New York.
Based in Elbridge, N.Y., the Mark E. Malvaso Agency specializes in personal, business and agricultural services. Principal Mark Malvaso will join the Hilb Group’s Tri-State regional operations as a producer.
