Since 1887, Troxell has grown to be a trusted risk advisor and solution provider for personal and business insurance, employee benefits, HR solutions, surety bonds, and financial services. Currently employing more than 130 people, Troxell has strategically acquired other agencies within the last few years with the goal of reaching 160 employees by the end of 2020. This year, Troxell celebrated its 130th anniversary and combined efforts with Benefit Plan Administrators to create the BPA Troxell benefits division.
Troxell is dedicated to building and retaining relationships with clients; in 2016, the agency grew its client base by 9%. After surveying clients, Troxell discovered they were interested in hearing from brokers more often, so the agency implemented marketing campaigns to touch base with clients throughout the year.
