With more than 28 years of industry expertise and knowledge, Vicki Hill is vice president and director of risk management and inspections for The Cincinnati Insurance Company’s Personal Lines department. She manages a nationwide team of risk management specialists and is responsible for all valuation training and replacement cost estimate systems.
Previously, Vicki held key inspection positions for a variety of companies, including serving as director of risk management field operations, valuation and audit for AIG's Private Client Group, where she conducted inspections for some of the company's largest, most complex property accounts in the U.S. and internationally.
Earlier in her career, Vicki held appraiser and underwriter positions with Chubb Insurance, managed the Personal Insurance department for Alexander & Alexander insurance brokerage. She also founded Cornerstone Appraisal Services, which provided high value home inspections to multiple carriers in the high net worth market, and Capstone Vintage Construction, which specialized in historic construction replication.
