Allison Cosway plans, develops and directs the company-wide risk programs at Charter Communications, a national telecommunications company that offers services under the branding of Spectrum. She manages and administers insurance policies for the company, which serves more than 26 million customers in 41 states, making it the nation’s second largest cable operator by subscribers. Recently, Charter made headlines for its plan to implement a $15-an-hour minimum wage for all of its workers within the next year.
Prior to joining Charter, Cosway held positions at Lockton Companies and Chubb.
