Hamilton Township Mutual Insurance Company announced that it has joined forces with Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc. (MCCG) to offer a new Online Quoting System for HTM’s stakeholders, including agents and brokers, clients, and policyholders.
The system will expand upon HTM’s Insurance Business Solution, and hopes to combine HTM’s vast knowledge base with MCCG’s pioneering web solutions. The Online Quoting Solution will allow users to quickly access risk quotations and enhance the customer service experience.
“This project will help build our web presence and will open the door to further opportunities that will help to generate internal efficiencies at HTM, which in turn helps to reduce the cost of processing and ultimately generates a better value for our mutual policyholders,” said Alec Harmer, President and CEO, in a press release.
The insurance company, based in Coburg, Ontario, believes that individuals who can effortlessly obtain a quote online and navigate web services with ease are more likely to be satisfied with the mutual experience as a whole.
In addition, this new system provides a stepping stone for HTM to implement additional innovative tools in the future.
