Since joining Aon in 2015, Jenni Kupersmith has led client engagement and placement strategies in a complex client segment, as well as helped build a more engaging and connected culture. A high-energy and collaborative executive, Kupersmith is a go-to resource within Aon and is well respected for building and maintaining strong client relationships and developing business opportunities across the country.
Kupersmith has played an integral role in establishing Aon as a leader in the power and utility industry, and she serves as an inaugural member of the Women in Power & Utilities steering committee, which aims to establish professional and personal bonds to support career development and create an environment for professional growth, mentorship and sponsorship.
