As chief operating officer for The American Equity Underwriters, Adele Hapworth has been integral in the company's growth over the last five years. Adele credits her team with the success they’ve seen recently and is fully committed to her role in supporting and helping them in any way. While she is not a producer, Adele understands the importance of getting the right people involved in writing the business and her focus on building an internal culture of collaboration, teamwork and accountability has helped AEU deliver on its promises to brokers and members.
