Since joining EPIC, Kathleen and her team have built the National Real Estate Practice into one of the largest, most successful segments of EPIC’s Specialty Practices and Programs division nationally. As managing director, she is committed to providing strategic planning, competitive program design, new product design, client advocacy and more. Since joining the brokerage in 2013, Felderman has also spearheaded the organization of an industry real estate forum for clients and insurance underwriters.
