With three decades of experience with Crawford & Company, Bonnie Sawdey became the company’s SVP of human resources and chief people officer in 2016, responsible for all aspects of global human resources, including developing and executing people strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, total rewards, HRIS, and learning and development. In addition, she is a member of the global executive management team.
Throughout the years, Sawdey has held numerous positions within Crawford’s human resources department. She joined the leadership team in 1998 when she was promoted to vice president of corporate benefits. Since that time, she’s served on the company’s plan administration committee and as chairman of Crawford Cares for over five years, a non-profit organization she helped form to assist Crawford & Company employees impacted by natural disasters. In this role, Sawdey also implemented Crawford’s Global Day of Service, a program that helps deliver on the company’s mission to “restore and enhance lives, businesses and communities.”
