For Estela Lusky, risk management is more than a job, it’s a calling – a way to extend a hand to an injured working, safeguard a business against paralyzing losses or provide relief to a family displaced by a natural disaster. Leading an all-female team, Lusky is a multi-dimensional player at Alliant, where she is instrumental in business development, client services, internal systems management and development to better serve multi-national companies.
In recent years, Lusky participated in the closure of claims related to hurricanes Maria and Irma, as well as establishing various internal practices and procedures that have spurred revenue growth. She also provides consulting expertise to clients with international exposures.
