Heidi Bendick currently leads CNA Insurance’s back office support functions that enable claim professionals to focus on adjudication and customer experience. Bendick joined CNA Insurance in 2015 as the assistant vice president of customer service and sales, in which she strategized and directed the overall customer experience of customers, agents and callers. Now, Bendick serves as the company’s vice president of claim operations. Before CNA, she held various managerial and underwriting positions at leading insurance organizations including Travelers, Allied Insurance and Safeco Insurance.
She is also a charter member and former chair of CNA’s Lake Mary chapter of Women Impacting Leadership employee resource group as well as a former executive sponsor of CNA’s operations employee engagement committee.
