Equipped with more than two decades of service to the company and its clients, Renae Flanders is now the chief operating officer at Aon’s construction practice and is responsible for the operational health and wellbeing of the entire practice. Flanders couples her strong financial acumen and strategic background with her vast Aon IQ to help the team deliver all of Aon to current and prospective clients.
Aside from her responsibilities at Aon, Flanders is a member of multiple organizations including the American Institute of CPAs, the PA Institute of CPAs and the CFO Leadership Council. She also sits on the board of the Alpha Epsilon Phi Foundation and serves as an executive mentor to MBA students at the University of Delaware’s Lerner School of Business.
