Alison J. Renner is a true life sciences expert. She has more than 45 years of experience in the insurance industry, 40 of which have been dedicated to life sciences – in particular, pharmaceutical product liability. She was a founding partner of A. J. Renner & Associates in 1985, and in 1990 launched the first-of-its-kind product liability program dedicated to the generic and specialty pharmaceutical industry. Today the program, known as RenneRx Insure, continues to exclusively serve the industry.
In September 2015, A. J. Renner & Associates was acquired by RT Specialty, where Renner continues to provide risk management consulting and insurance services to the pharmaceutical, healthcare and cannabis industries.
