Brian Siemsen was appointed managing director and CEO, Claim Central Consolidated in 2002. Since then, Siemsen has built a business on his aspiration for the ‘standard’ in claims management practices to be the intelligent use of insurance technologies and digital supply chain solutions, coupled with exceptionally talented people. In 2017, Siemsen released an industry-first digitally connected claims eco-system platform to the insurance market. Known as ClaimLogik, it has since been successfully deployed across four continents: US, Africa, Europe and New Zealand. The ClaimLogik solution digitally connects carriers, brokers and customers to a supply chain of adjustors, field assessors, and building contractors on a single platform, which significantly reduces claims lifecycle and cost for insurers, and enhances the service experience for customers. Siemsen, part of 2019’s Insurance Business Australia Hot List, said earlier in the same year that “they were committed to the ongoing disruption of the insurance industry through the continuing development of innovative technologies that aim to enhance the experience for customers while giving clients a strong competitive advantage”.
