Maxine Goddard is a senior global operations leader at Zurich Insurance, leading delivery in various strategic initiatives from change and transformation to customer and broker development. With over 25 years’ international experience across insurance, banking, oil and gas and the United Nations, Goddard is currently the global head of sales operations and planning with commercial insurance. She is keen to develop individuals and challenge thinking. She is a dedicated mentor for several young persons as well as across the BAME community and is a committee member of iCAN, the insurance industry’s multicultural network. Goddard is also the national chair of the Zurich UK Multicultural Network and a founding Mental Health First Aider. Goddard was a speaker at Insurance Business’ Women in Insurance Summit in London in 2019.
