An accomplished leader with a strong track record of personal, team and business achievement, Nick Creatura has 25 years of finance and executive leadership experience as well as five years of public accounting, audit and consulting experience. Immediately prior to his appointment as president and CEO of CNA Canada, Creatura was the executive vice president and CFO of Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) Insurance Company of Canada, where he helped grow the business from 10th to the fifth largest P&C insurer in the country. Creatura led an accomplished team of M&A experts whose successful transactions contributed over $1 billion in revenue. In addition to his roles as corporate director and member of the executive committee of RSA, Creatura was responsible for finance, treasury, actuarial, corporate strategy, corporate development, legal, compliance and corporate secretariat. Before joining RSA in 2007, he was the EVP and CFO of Liberty International Underwriters (LIU), a division of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Creatura was a member of the four-person executive committee responsible for managing LIU globally. Prior to that, he held senior finance leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Chubb Insurance Company of Canada, and PwC.
