Avi Tatarka is the CEO at Scott Winton Insurance Brokers, in charge of leading the team through an innovative approach and focus to achieve excellence in results as well as client/staff relationships. Tatarka assumed the top role at Scott Winton in 2018, following the death of his father and company founder Ron Tatarka. Prior to the appointment, Tatarka has long been a driving force in Scott Winton, having held an insurance specialist and management role since 2008. He ranked #2 in Insurance Business 2019 Elite Broker Awards, was a former Insurance Business Young Gun, and a regular on the Hot List, having three previous appearances in the feature. Tatarka holds a diploma in insurance broking from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), and graduated from QBE’s Equip Program.
