CEO
As CEO of MSIG Insurance Singapore, Craig Ellis is responsible for driving the profitable growth and success of MSIG’s business in Singapore. This industry veteran has more than four decades of experience in the financial services industry, mainly in insurance covering general, life and health, and banking. He became CEO of Singapore’s fourth largest general insurer just last year, bringing with him broad and international experience from Australia, Europe, and Asia, having held senior positions with Allianz, Old Mutual, and Charles Monat Associates. Prior to MSIG, he was most recently global head of product and solutions at Charles Monat, where he was also the CEO from 2015 to 2018. Ellis started his career at KPMG Australia as graduate to senior audit manager. He is a chartered accountant of Australia and a member of the General Insurance Association of Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW.
