Lyle Steffensen brings nearly 25 years of experience in insurance and risk management advisory sectors to her dual role as national leader and practices leader Pacific of Marsh’s Care Solutions practice, which specialises in worship, education and care clients. She joined Marsh in 2018 as technical insurance consultant for liability, after working at Honan Insurance Group for nearly five years, most recently as an account director servicing corporate and global corporate insureds. This experienced insurance consultant, broker, and adviser also previously worked at OAMPS Insurance Brokers, ComCover, and Risk Advisory Services. Steffensen has been recently recognised in the Insurance Business Hot List 2020 and Elite Women 2020, for her crucial role in helping define the industry of the future. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, and finished the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute.
