Paul Norman, Norman-Spencer Agency (US)

CEO

With nearly half a century of insurance experience, Paul Norman has spent his career developing industry-specific insurance solutions for unique business classes. He began his career as an account analyst and underwriter for Travelers Insurance, after he obtained a bachelor’s degree from Marian University in 1973 and, and a master’s degree from Xavier University in 1974. In 1988, Norman acquired his first insurance agency, which ultimately became Norman-Spencer. This was the first of many acquisitions and partnerships in the 30 years that followed, during which Norman built several organizations and mentored multiple generations of employees and industry leaders. In 2015, Norman helped establish the non-profit foundation NS Cares to support local charitable organizations. To date, NS Cares has raised and donated more than $250,000 to organizations like the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cincinnati, the March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society, and Habitat for Humanity. In 2019, Norman was inducted into the Insurance Business Hall of Fame.
