Jennifer Saddy’s earliest involvement and first major project for American Airlines Group was overseeing workers’ compensation and risk management amidst the merger of two of the largest airlines in the country – American Airlines and US Airways – which led to the formation of the company. Saddy has been involved in workers’ compensation for more than 15 years, and this remains one of her key responsibilities within AAG.
Her accomplishments have been highlighted in a number of publications and at industry events, making her a highly profiled risk professional. Saddy was one of the key presenters at the 2016 National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference last December, during which she shared the details of their success in claim settlements with the help of two partner companies.
