Making his third consecutive Top Producer appearance, Marcus Eagan is a member of the fourth generation of the Eagan family to become a vital part of Eagan Insurance Agency. He earned his degree in business administration from the College of Charleston in 2002, at which time he joined the family business. A CIC and CRM designation holder, Eagan specializes in risk management and insurance placements, with emphasis on large property risks, marine and construction clients.
Currently, he is president of the board of the Insurance Agents of Greater New Orleans (IIAGNO). He is also a member of Bay Waveland Yacht Club and Southern Yacht Club. As an avid sailor, he is a three-time Collegiate All-American and has won numerous other sailing awards on both a national and international level. In addition to be featured in IBA, Eagan has also been tapped by local media to speak about his business success, including being chosen by New Orleans CityBusiness for its “Ones to Watch” column.
