Brett Nilsson strives to be an industry leader in his profession, his business association and his community. Nilsson says his dedication to education and communication has been his strength when working with domestic and international clients.
“Providing my clients with answers to their questions in a timely manner and making suggestions about coverage, exposures and general questions are key,” he says. “Just as important is fulfilling their requests for certificates and reviewing insurance terms in their business contracts. My motto is to treat your customers as you would your best friends and be available when they need you.”
Nilsson has served as chairman for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America and on the board of directors for the World Federation of Insurance Intermediaries. Additionally, he has served on the board of the Goddard Business School at Weber State University and as chairman of the Layton City Planning Commission.
