As a property broker and a leader in operations, Alex Rinehart is well versed in the needs of agents, carriers and internal stakeholders. At a time when Breckenridge was dealing with inefficiencies, Rinehart introduced and ensured successful implementation of an agency management system. The project set the stage for significant time savings and increased service across the board.
Rinehart’s innovative thinking also led him to develop an exclusive student housing program with Lloyd’s of London to meet the needs of Breckenridge clients. Currently, he is working on the development of an externally facing agent rate, quote and bind technology platform, starting with REO/investor property risks. Thanks in part to Rinehart’s efforts, Breckenridge was named Best Wholesale Specialized Practice in Commercial Property at the 2017 Insurance Business America Awards.
