Dominic Giancola joined Custom Insurance Agency in 2009 straight after graduating from high school. After handling personal and business customers as a licensed producer for three years, he was promoted to sales manager and eventually to partner in 2014. Giancola has helped expand the firm at a 20% consecutive growth rate over the past five years by developing strategic partnerships with supporting industries, developing producers, acquiring smaller competitor firms and implementing technology to streamline processes throughout the company. Recently, Giancola and his team launched a benefits insurance division and are actively looking to expand into other states.
