Chubb has named Koh Wei Lee as Singapore division head for bancassurance, in addition to his current role as division head for accident and health.

Koh’s appointment took effect on January 01, and he will continue to report to Adam Clifford, Chubb’s country president for Singapore.

In his new role, Koh will drive the strategy, development, and growth of the bancassurance distribution channel in Singapore. With more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, he has held various senior roles in Hong Kong and Malaysia, working in regional product management, business development and product marketing.

“We have strong growth ambitions for our bancassurance channel regionally and especially in Singapore, with our newly launched partnership with DBS,” commented Edward Ler, Chubb’s regional head of personal lines. “With his expertise in channel management, Wei Lee is well placed to steer our strategy in Singapore.”
