Former insurance leader joins Korn Ferry Hay in Hong Kong

May Knight, a veteran of several insurance providers in Asia, has joined consultancy firm Korn Ferry Hay as country managing director for Hong Kong.
 
She will be responsible for growing the business in line with the company’s overall regional strategy for its human capital and HR consulting arm,
 
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Knight was managing partner at Accenture’s Asia-Pacific financial services practice, where she was in charge of the insurance industry group's strategy, as well as growing the management consulting business.

She has worked with Ageas as regional director of business development and sales & sales support in Asia. She also held senior roles at several major insurance companies, such as Sun Life Financial, Towers Watson, and Standard Life.
 
 
Tharuma Rajah, managing director of Korn Ferry Hay Group in Asia Pacific, said: “Knight brings a wealth of consulting and leadership advisory experience to Korn Ferry Hay Group.
