Before joining Zurich, MacLean was general manager of Adroit Insurance Group in Melbourne. He’s also served in roles at Marsh and Willis.

“Hamish brings a wealth of experience and deep capabilities in relationship management, leadership and operations; we’re delighted to welcome him to the role,” said Steve Ord, chief distribution officer. “Victoria and Tasmania are crucial markets for Zurich and I’m excited about him bringing his skills to bear for the benefit of our broker partners across these states. Hamish’s energy and leadership qualities align perfectly with our ambition to adopt a much more market-focused posture.”
