In the Asia-Pacific region, just 30% of senior roles are held by female leaders, according to Grant Thornton’s Women in Business research.
Clearly, it takes something special to reach the top – and now, Insurance Business Asia has revealed this year’s Elite Women, female insurance leaders who have grit and determination and have made a difference in the industry.
Insurance Business Asia identified this year’s Elite Women by inviting insurance professionals from across Asia to nominate exceptional female leaders and provide details of their nominee’s achievements and initiatives over the past 12 months.
The Insurance Business team examined how each nominee had made a meaningful contribution to the industry to whittle down the list to the final 22 Elite Women in Asia for 2023.
