Prudential Assurance Malaysia Bhd and Colony, a co-working space and serviced office provider, have teamed up to offer additional services to business insurance clients.
The insurer’s “PRUbiz beyond” business insurance solution focuses on protecting a company’s assets, including its business and people, from several risks. The partnership will allow Prudential clients to enjoy exclusive business lifestyle services offered by Colony under the PRUbiz beyond loyalty programme.
The complimentary services include:
- Three months of open hotdesk membership with unlimited access to work in Colony’s common areas – the lounge and café area available at Colony@KLCC, as well as its newest branch located at KL Eco City, which will open in July 2018.
- Wireless high-speed internet for unlimited devices while at Colony
- Discounted rates for event lounge and meeting room reservations
The partnership takes advantage of the increasing popularity of co-working spaces in Malaysia. Co-working is regarded as the future of offices and work environments. Colony, which was launched in July 2017, offers numerous co-working services from its prime location in the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
“Prudential is continuously seeking opportunities to provide more value to its customers,” said Bernard Chang, chief officer of partnership distribution at Prudential Assurance Malaysia. “We are excited to have Colony on-board as a partner to offer our PRUbiz beyond customers who are primarily SME [small and medium enterprise] owners a conducive and fully-serviced co-working space to take their business to the next level.”
“This partnership is very exciting for both companies,” added Nitaya Pirinyuang, general manager of Colony. “We look forward to working with Prudential by taking care of their customers during their time here at Colony. We are devoted to expressing excellence to our guests by delivering an all-encompassing service. This relationship with Prudential represents a strong opportunity for Colony to fortify our presence in the co-working industry.”
