Bandhan Financial Holdings Ltd has taken a significant step by becoming the new promoter of Aegon Life Insurance Co.
The transition occurred through the transfer of shares from Aegon India Holding B.V. and Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. to Bandhan Financial Holdings, according to NDTV Profit's report.
This development underscores Bandhan Financial Holdings' entry into the Indian life insurance domain.
