Barrie, Ontario-based D. G. Bevan Insurance Brokers Ltd has announced the launch of a new customer chat function on its website.
The new function will allow customers to get answers for their inquiries from a real, live broker - even if the local office is closed.

“Our new chat function goes hand-in-hand with our commitment to providing superlative, individualized service,” said D.G. Bevan President, Matt Bevan in a statement.
“We understand that many consumers aren’t able to visit our office or call one of our brokers during traditional business hours. We want to be available when they are,” he further explained.
The live chat function is available 24/7, and users only have to type in the message box on the lower right hand side of the D. G. Bevan website.
