Insurance Business Canada (IBC) has unveiled this year’s Top Insurance Employers, industry-leading insurance organisations that value their employees’ contributions by creating optimal environments to help them thrive.
IBC’s Top Insurance Employers for 2023 earned high marks from their employees across 20 metrics, including:
IBC identified the best insurance employers to work for in Canada by inviting organizations across the country to fill out an employer form, explaining their offerings and practices. The IBC team then asked employees from the nominated companies to fill out an anonymous survey evaluating their workplace on several metrics.
To be considered, each organization had to reach a minimum number of employee responses based on overall size. Those that achieved a 75% or greater average satisfaction rating from employees were named IBC Top Insurance Employers for 2023.
