AXIS Insurance, a global provider of specialty insurance and treaty reinsurance, has launched a new modular management liability insurance policy named Privatus Platinum.
 
Privatus Platinum offers flexible insurance solutions especially designed for managing the changing needs and risks faced by privately held companies, in response to the complex legal and economic environments of today.
 
The product suite includes a cybersecurity and data breach response product, and clients can select up to five additional coverage areas: management and entity liability, fiduciary liability, employment practices liability, workplace violence, and crime.

The modular nature of the product allows private companies to customize their insurance coverage to the areas they’ve identified as having the most exposure.

“From cybersecurity to workplace violence, private businesses face a growing list of emerging and traditional risks that require a new, more flexible approach,” said Mark Paccione, executive vice president at AXIS Insurance. “We created AXIS Privatus Platinum to provide private companies with flexible coverage to manage the changing risks in today’s evolving business environment.”
