Duck Creek Technologies has announced the appointment of three senior executives to its global sales leadership team as part of efforts to drive growth and transformation in the insurance technology sector.

The new appointments are William Magowan, senior vice president of North American sales; Elodie Hilderal, managing director of EMEA, and Christian Erickson, managing director of APAC. The leaders will advance Duck Creek’s global strategy of expanding its market presence and enhancing customer experiences worldwide.

William Magowan, who returns to Duck Creek after a prior tenure, will lead the North American sales efforts. With two decades of experience in insurance technology sales, Magowan has been described as having a track record of building high-performance teams and driving customer-focused innovation.

Elodie Hilderal previously served as Duck Creek’s vice president of sales. Hilderal brings 15 years of expertise across sales, professional services, and customer success, particularly within the insurance and reinsurance software sectors.

Christian Erickson, who joins Duck Creek as managing director for the APAC region, brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud technology, and cybersecurity. Erickson previously held leadership positions at companies like Cognizant and Accenture, focusing on growth and customer success within the finance and insurance industries.
