Ann Haugh, former
Zurich Insurance global corporate UK chief executive, is taking on the newly created role of chief operating officer at insurance services provider Thomas Miller.
Effectively immediately, Haugh will be primarily in charge of organisational efficiency and the development of an operational infrastructure that is in line with the firm’s ambitious growth objectives in insurance services. The experienced global senior insurance executive brings with her more than 24 years of expertise in strategy, operations, and general management.

The key hire served as global chief operating officer, as well as president of international insurance, at
Aspen Insurance Group. She was with Zurich Insurance before then.
