Marsh names Luke Ware chief client officer for South Asia

Marsh has hired Luke Ware as chief client officer of its South Asia region, based in Singapore

Ware is expected to take up his role in the fourth quarter of 2021, and he will report to James Addington-Smith, CEO of South Asia.

As chief client officer, Ware will be responsible for coordinating Marsh’s client engagement in the South Asia region, in order to deliver solutions that will enable clients to anticipate and strategically address risk issues and exposures.

Ware brings 20 years of experience in the industry and the region, having spent eight years at JLT and 12 years at Willis Towers Watson. He was most recently president director and head of corporate risk and broking (Indonesia) at WTW.

He has a proven track record of delivering excellent client service in the industry and region,” said Addington-Smith. “He will help our clients to navigate the complex risk landscape they face and support their growth in the dynamic market of South Asia.”]
