Gallagher & Co. has announced the acquisition of a California-based insurance agency. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Gallagher has acquired Associated Insurance Services, an independent personal lines property and casualty insurance agency with a focus on construction, retail, hospitality and manufacturing. Michael C. Creswell, Tm McClain, Megan B. Gaines and their associates will continue to operate out of their Westlake Village, Calif., location under the direction of Scott Firestone, head of retail property/casualty brokerage operations for Gallagher’s Southwest Region.
