Guy Carpenter has announced the appointment of Keith Wolfe (pictured) to the newly established position of chief commercial officer for North America, effective immediately.

Wolfe, who will report directly to John Trace, CEO of Guy Carpenter North America, brings extensive experience to the role.

In his new capacity, Wolfe will be responsible for spearheading growth strategies throughout the region. This will involve close collaboration with the North America segments and centers of excellence. His role includes leading a client executive management team that focuses on strategic engagements with clients and prospects. Additionally, Wolfe will oversee Guy Carpenter’s US facultative business, working alongside Frank Guerriero, chairman of GC FAC.

Wolfe’s appointment comes after a notable 27-year tenure at Swiss Re and its predecessor companies. During his time there, he held several leadership roles, culminating in his position as president of US property and casualty.

Trace commented on Wolfe’s appointment, recognizing his respected status and extensive experience in the reinsurance sector.

“I am thrilled to join Guy Carpenter, with its strong commitment to excellence. I look forward to supporting our clients and driving innovation across the firm,” Trace said.
