In order to boost financial and insurance education in the market, AXA Indonesia has opened an interactive education area in Jakarta, known as the AXA Experience Zone.

The Experience Zone, which is located at the upper ground floor of the Kuningan City complex in South Jakarta, contains various virtual reality modules and games that aim to educate the public about the importance of insurance and financial literacy in an entertaining manner. The zone is open to the public, ages five and up, until March 2020.

“As part of our commitment to introducing and educating insurance to the public, AXA Indonesia presents the AXA Experience Zone, an interactive education platform created to introduce the importance of protection through a fun and unique way,” said AXA Indonesia CEO Julien Steimer. “With fun virtual games, the AXA Experience Zone will bring better awareness to Indonesian people regarding health, life and asset protection. Both adults and children can enjoy playing with this VR/AR technology.”

Alongside the launch of the AXA Experience Zone, the insurer also debuted AXA Signature Link, a unit-linked, long-term protection product that provides both life and critical illness insurance. The product has several rider benefits that can be tailored to the customer’s needs, including coverage up to age 100, eight investment fund options in various risk profiles, and an option to invest offshore for higher returns.
