FM Global lands at the top for customer satisfaction

A global commercial property insurer has been recognised for its superior claims service based on a survey of hundreds of risk managers by an insurance information and analytics firm.

FM Global ranked first and was honoured as “the most highly regarded insurer in property claims handling” in Advisen’s 2020 Claims Satisfaction Survey, which identifies in part the carriers that provide the highest quality claims services based upon a variety of best practices.

Advisen said what made FM Global “stand out above the rest in customer claims satisfaction” were its expertise, equitable settlements, and accessibility. 

FM Global also won first place for property claims satisfaction among risk managers representing businesses of all sizes in Advisen’s 2015 and 2017 surveys.
