AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad was named as Best Insurer for 2016 at the MRC Symposium 2017 held last week, based on its motor insurance business’ performance.
The insurer was recognised for its industry-leading turnaround time in motor claims approval among general insurers in Malaysia. This is the fourth time AIG Malaysia has won the award, having won it three consecutive times in 2011, 2012, and 2013.
