There is a new head of propositions at Allianz Insurance – with the encouraging recent trend of women taking leading positions in insurance continuing.

This time it is the turn of Mona Said to move further into the spotlight as she takes on the role that will see her be responsible for the company’s core propositions development as well as overseeing the product market across both commercial and personal lines.

Said, who is ACII qualified, joined Allianz’s corporate management scheme in 2005 and has since held various roles across the business including international business controller and underwriting roles in the motor, property and casualty teams. Since 2012, she has been responsible for propositions development in the commercial market management team.

“Mona brings a valuable blend of customer, market and product knowledge,” said David Radford, chief marketing officer of Allianz Insurance. “This appointment reflects the exciting range of new propositions Allianz continues to bring to the broker market and the importance we place on looking ahead for our broker partners.”
