Inszone Insurance Services has announced the addition of Stephanie Bush to its board of directors.

Recently, Bush retired from The Hartford, where she held the position of head of small commercial and personal lines.

Prior to this, Bush’s experience included pivotal roles at both The Hartford and Travelers, where she progressed through various positions in commercial insurance product, underwriting, and field operations, eventually rising to chief product and underwriting officer for small commercial in 2013.

In 2014, she was promoted to head of small commercial and took on additional responsibilities for personal lines in 2018.

Beyond her professional career, Bush has contributed to the industry through her role as the former chair of the National Council on Compensation Insurance and has served on the Board of Trustees of the Connecticut Science Center and as a Board Advisor to Vault Insurance.

Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance, expressed enthusiasm about Bush’s appointment, welcoming Bush to the board.

“Her vast experience in the insurance industry and her demonstrated leadership capabilities will greatly benefit Inszone,” he said. “We look forward to her contributions as we aim to expand our services and provide outstanding value to our clients.”

Bush’s addition to the board is just the latest in a series of high-profile appointments, with the Sacramento-based broker also recently naming Martin Sullivan as executive chairman.
